WHAT’S NEW
The new, ultra-high performance patented VENTTM Suppressor utilizes the next generation of suppressor technology. The design features sintered titanium and patented Purposely Induced Porosity (PIP), which enables it to outperform nearly every competitor in the market with its unique combination of lightweight, heat dissipation, sound suppression, and backpressure reduction. These suppressors employ a 3D-printed, monolithic, body-to-core structure, increasing their structural integrity and thermal resilience. This revolutionary design eliminates failure points often associated with traditional suppressors.
Through the use of Purposely Induced Porosity (PIP), PTR’s engineers are able to finely tune the strength, density, heat capacity, and thermal conductivity of the VENTTM suppressors in ways that are beyond the capabilities of traditional manufacturing. This industry leading technology creates a new way to control the rapid expansion of gas that traditional baffle and flow through suppressors are unable to achieve, making the new line of VENTTM Suppressors truly cutting-edge and superior in the marketplace.

THE BUZZ
“Known to just run for a very long time, so it is an over-gas system, it does hit you hard but it will always kick that brass out, it will always power through that mud.”
“The barrel is pretty much free floating, in the sense that you might look at it and say aww, this is a gas system, it is not actually, once you take the dust cover off, you’ll find that the font sight post is simply attached to the barrel and there is a lot of movement allowed there so that this weapon can flex as those rounds are traveling down those barrels. That flex allows the weapon to be alimentally more accurate.”
“With the PTR 91’s I have grouped” “They were able to capture about between 1.1 and 1.2 MOA, which is psychotic, I actually thought it wasn’t real. We grouped it multiple times, these were all 5 round groups, and consistently the PTR 91 would group about 1.1 and 1.2.”
