The PTR 9RS SBR CS is a semi-automatic 9×19mm short-barreled rifle configured with a factory-installed PTR CS1 collapsible stock, combining compact Reverse Stretch geometry with adjustable length of pull and enhanced optic mounting capability. The PTR 9RS SBR CS – 9×19mm Short-Barreled Rifle with CS1 Collapsible Stock is a factory-configured, roller-delayed platform engineered to deliver compact performance with adjustable ergonomics and expanded optic integration. Sold as a short-barreled rifle with the PTR CS1 four-position collapsible stock installed, the 9RS SBR CS provides adaptable length of pull while preserving the compact Reverse Stretch profile.

The platform operates using PTR’s proven roller-delayed blowback system, producing a smooth recoil impulse and consistent cycling. A nitride heat-treated, tungsten dead-blow weighted full-auto profile bolt carrier enhances durability and supports long-term reliability. The semi-automatic action is host-ready for use with NFA-registered auto sear packs where legally applicable. The overall finish consists of black powder coating over Parkerizing for corrosion resistance and wear protection.

The 6″ nitride heat-treated barrel features a 1:10″ right-hand twist and includes both a 3-lug interface and 1/2×28 threading, supporting suppressor compatibility and common mounting standards. An extended steel Picatinny rail allows flexible optic placement without increasing overall length, maintaining the platform’s compact handling characteristics.

Within the PTR lineup, the 9RS SBR CS occupies the collapsible-stock SBR segment, offering adjustable ergonomics, suppressor readiness, and roller-delayed reliability in a compact MP5-pattern short-barreled rifle configuration.
