The PTR 9CT SBR – 9×19mm is a factory-configured short-barreled rifle designed to deliver reliable MP5-pattern performance with a choice of stock configurations. Available with either the adjustable PTR CS1 collapsible stock or a traditional PTR fixed stock, the 9CT SBR allows users to select the handling characteristics that best fit their needs.

At the heart of the 9CT SBR is PTR’s proven roller-delayed blowback operating system, engineered to provide smooth recoil characteristics and consistent cycling. Its semi-automatic action is host-ready for use with NFA-registered auto sear packs where legally applicable. A nitride heat-treated, tungsten dead-blow weighted full-auto profile bolt carrier enhances durability and promotes reliable operation.

The 9-inch nitride heat-treated barrel features a 1:10-inch right-hand twist, 3-lug interface, and 1/2×28 threading for suppressor compatibility and flexible mounting options. A 4.5-inch steel Picatinny rail provides ample space for optic placement, while the PTR HG3M mil-spec anodized aluminum M-LOK® handguard supports modern accessory mounting.

The black powder-coated finish over Parkerizing provides corrosion resistance and long-term wear protection. Each configuration feeds from steel 30-round magazines and ships in a range case with a foam insert, two magazines, and a trigger cable lock.

STOCK OPTIONS

CS1 Collapsible Stock

The PTR CS1 collapsible stock provides adjustable length of pull and a compact 20-inch overall length when collapsed. With the stock extended, this configuration measures 26 inches and weighs approximately 6.4 pounds unloaded.

Fixed Stock

The PTR fixed stock provides traditional ergonomics and a consistent shoulder position. This configuration measures approximately 26.75 inches overall and weighs approximately 5.8 pounds unloaded.
